1、放療同步聯(lián)合化療對(duì)照單純化療治療局部晚期非小細(xì)胞肺癌的臨床研究 【摘要】目的研究觀察放療同步聯(lián)合化療對(duì)照單純化療治療局部晚期非小細(xì)胞肺癌療效。方法CT、病理學(xué)證實(shí)的局部晚期非小細(xì)胞肺癌62例，隨機(jī)分成同步放化療組和單純化療組。放療均采用三維適形放療，兩組化療方案均采用紫杉醇聯(lián)合卡鉑，共二個(gè)周期。治療結(jié)束后比較兩組療效及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果同步放化療組和單純化療組的有效率分別為64.5%和38.7%（P=0.042），一年生存率分別為58.1%和29.0%（P=0.021），兩組間療效與一年生存率均存在顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。兩組
