7、。要面帶笑容,使用敬語,“請(qǐng)”字當(dāng)頭,“謝”字不離口,接電話時(shí)先說“您好,燕興物業(yè)”(嚴(yán)禁出現(xiàn)“喂”)。2.效率——急客戶所急,想客戶所想,時(shí)刻牢記“以客戶為中心”,為客戶排憂解難,以贏得客戶的滿意。3.忠實(shí)——忠誠(chéng)老實(shí)是員工必須具有的品德,有事必報(bào),有錯(cuò)必改,不得提供假情況,不得文過飾非,陽奉陰違。4.責(zé)任——無論是常規(guī)的服務(wù)還是日常的管理工作,都應(yīng)盡職盡責(zé),一切力求得到及時(shí)圓滿的效果,給人效率高和良好服務(wù)的印象。5.協(xié)作——各部門之間、員工之間應(yīng)互相配合,真誠(chéng)協(xié)作,不得互相扯皮,應(yīng)同心協(xié)力解決疑難,建立和維護(hù)公司良好形象。(三
8、)工作儀態(tài):1.所有必須以立姿工作的員工,其正確的立姿應(yīng)是:雙腳與兩肩同寬自然垂直分開(體重均落在雙腳上,肩平、頭正、兩眼平視前方、挺胸、收腹)。2.所有以坐姿工作的員工,必須坐姿端正,不得翹二朗腿,不得將腿搭在座椅手上,不得盤腿,不得脫鞋。3.t
