3、hedifferenceofcura-tiveeffectofpalpebralconjunctivainjury.Methods:SelectioninMarch2016toDecember2016theMDGSophthalmicpatientswithdryeye,80caseswith160eyeswererandomlydividedintore-searchgroupandcontrolgroup,40caseswith80eyesforeachgroup,observingthetreatmenttimeoftwogroups,thedifferenceofpalp
4、ebralconjunctivainjury,andbeforeandafter2monthstreat-mentinpatientswithdryeyesymptoms,ocularsurfacecomprehensiveanalysis(GermanyOCULUSKeratograph),theinternationalindexofocularsurfacedisease(OSDI)ofeachinspectionreport.Results:Ocularsurfacetreatmentbeforeandaftertwogroupsofsymptomsandcomprehe
5、nsiveanalysiscomparisonhadnostatisticaldifference(P>0.05);Massagetimewassignificantlyreducedinstudygroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);Afteramassageonpalpe-bralconjunctiva,epithelialcellinjurywassignificantlylessthancontrolgroup;thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P
6、<0.01).Conclusions:ThestudygroupandthecontrolgroupoftraditionalhandmassagemassagemeibomianglandcaneffectivelyalleviateMGDcausedbyocularsymptomsandsignsofdryeye;handmassagetimeisshort;theoperationismoresimpleandtheextentofconjunctivalepithelialinjuryisminor;it’ssuitabletobepopularizedintheclin
