1、中小企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理問(wèn)題及對(duì)策分析摘要：中小企業(yè)作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要組成部分，在擴(kuò)大就業(yè)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、推進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新、保證社會(huì)穩(wěn)定等國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定方面有著不可替代的作用。但是，由于中小企業(yè)的規(guī)模、資金、人才、組織管理等方面的限制，導(dǎo)致中小企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中也諸多問(wèn)題，尤其是營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理問(wèn)題，亟需解決。眾所周知，營(yíng)運(yùn)資金作為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的關(guān)鍵組成，對(duì)于企業(yè)而言舉足輕重，它與企業(yè)的采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、銷售息息相關(guān)，一定程度上決定了企業(yè)能夠承擔(dān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。營(yíng)運(yùn)資金是否有效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，直接影響著企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展，如果管理不善可能會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致企業(yè)破產(chǎn)。中小企業(yè)能否進(jìn)行正確有效的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理，直接決定了
2、企業(yè)未來(lái)的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展能否成功。本文將以中小企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理著手，以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)A中小企業(yè)與北京市B中小企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金為例，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比，針對(duì)性地分析內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)A中小企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理中存在的問(wèn)題，從而完善中小企業(yè)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理，在理論上提出解決的對(duì)策和可行性措施。在這篇論文中，筆者以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)A中小企業(yè)與北京市B中小企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金為例，重點(diǎn)分析了內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)A中小企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理中存在的問(wèn)題，及在理論上提出解決的措施。而實(shí)際情況中，中小企業(yè)的管理有著自己特殊的環(huán)境背景，存在著差異性，具體操作需結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，具體問(wèn)題具體分析，有針對(duì)性的尋找適合自己企業(yè)發(fā)展的管理方式和解決途徑。關(guān)鍵詞：中
