1、勞資沖突與工會(huì)參與Laborconflictsandunionparticipation摘要改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了優(yōu)異的成果,特別是近十年,國家通過深化經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了快速平穩(wěn)的發(fā)展。但不可忽略的是,在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)取得快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也出現(xiàn)諸多不和諧因素,如環(huán)境破壞、貧富差距不斷拉大、勞資沖突頻發(fā)等,而在這諸多不和諧因素中,勞資沖突尤為因而關(guān)注。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國近年來發(fā)生的群體性事件,70%是由勞資沖突引發(fā)的,縱觀西方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程,解決勞資沖突最有效最便捷的方式是通過工會(huì)參與解決勞資沖突。而工會(huì)在我國并未經(jīng)歷其在西方國家漫長充分的的發(fā)展,中國
2、的企業(yè)工會(huì)在解決勞資沖突中作用有限,如何建立合理的符合中國現(xiàn)實(shí)的工會(huì)參與模型,發(fā)揮工會(huì)在解決勞資沖突中的作用值得我們深入研究。關(guān)鍵詞:勞資沖突群體性事件工會(huì)參與IIIAbstractChina'seconomicconstructionhasachievedexcellentresults,sincethereformandopeningup,especiallyinthepastdecade,thestatethroughthedeepeningofeconomicreform,China'seconomyhasachievedrapidandstabl

8、年來隨著勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議案件數(shù)量的快速增加,更是加大了勞動(dòng)仲裁部門的壓力。
