1、淺談如何搞好煤炭企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)工作郭勇煤炭企業(yè)是一個高危行業(yè)，水、火、瓦斯、煤塵、頂板“五大”自然災(zāi)害時常威脅著企業(yè)和職工的生命財產(chǎn)安全。溫家寶總理曾經(jīng)明確指出，安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任重于泰山。搞好安全生產(chǎn)，是全面落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的必然要求?？茖W(xué)發(fā)展，必須堅持以人為本，把人的生命放在第一位。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必須建立在安全生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，絕不能以損害人民群眾利益甚至犧牲職工生命為代價。因此，要搞好煤炭企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)工作，促進(jìn)煤炭企業(yè)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展，就必須在五個方面下功夫。一、加強(qiáng)安全思想宣傳教育，在提高思想認(rèn)識上下功夫煤礦安全生產(chǎn)能不能搞好，安全管理機(jī)制是否建立健全，技術(shù)管理、現(xiàn)場管理、隱患排查管理、建設(shè)項(xiàng)目
