2、塑料制品(食品包裝袋)中熒光增白劑的高效液相色譜-熒光檢測法。樣品用20mL三氯甲烷作提取劑,超聲提取30min,提取溫度為40℃,用高效液相色譜進(jìn)行定性定量分析。采用EclipseXDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)為分析柱,以5mmol/L乙酸銨溶液和乙腈為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫,熒光激發(fā)波長4種熒光增白劑4,4'-2-(鄰氰苯基)乙烯基]4-bis(4-cyanostyr-為350nm,發(fā)射波長為430nm。結(jié)果顯示,雙[苯(1,1,4-4-bis(2-benzoxazolyl)naphthalene,
3、C.I.367)、4,4'-yl)benzene,C.I.199)、雙(2-苯并惡唑)萘(1,雙(2-甲氧苯4'-bis(2-methoxystyryl)biphenyl,C.I.378)和2,5-2-5-thio-乙烯基)聯(lián)苯(4,雙(5-叔丁基-苯并惡唑基)噻吩(2,tert-butyl-1,3-benzoxazole),C.I.184)可以較好地分離;檢出限(S/N=3)分別為0.3、0.1、0.05、0.14phenediylbis(5-mg/L,0.4、0.2、0.5mg/L,定量限(S/N=10
