1、三種骨移植材料的骨誘導活性對比實驗研究作者:游永剛 徐永清 唐輝,趙萬秋,陸華拓,張勇,李剛,趙璽龍,陳蘇麗【摘要】 目的通過對人工骨硫酸鈣(CS)、同種異體和異種脫礦骨(DBM)3種骨移植材料異位誘導成骨效應的觀察,比較其骨誘導活性優(yōu)劣,為臨床選擇合適的骨移植材料提供參考依據(jù)。[方法]采用大鼠股部肌袋內埋植實驗。選擇成年斯普拉大鼠共36只,隨機分成A、B2組,每組18只。A組左側植入CS(A1),右側植入同種異體DBM(A2);B組左側植入異種DBM(B1),右側不植入任何材料行空白對照(B2)。通過異位誘導成骨實驗,在植入后2、4、
2、6周取材作大體、組織形態(tài)學觀察及堿性磷酸酶(ALP)和鈣離子生化測定,對不同材料的骨誘導活性進行評價。[結果]術后2周,2種DBM被纖維組織包裹,可觀察到DBM骨片周圍間充質細胞聚集;4周時可見軟骨細胞、成骨細胞形成;6周時有類似軟骨基質樣物質形成;ALP和鈣離子含量在各時間段均高于對照組,說明2種DBM具有骨誘導活性,其結果差異具有供體依賴性。而CS降解吸收快,炎癥反應輕,未見誘導成骨現(xiàn)象。[結論]2種DBM具有骨誘導活性,同種異體DBM較好,異種DBM次之,供體的差異性和DBM的制備可影響其在體內的骨誘導活性。CS生物相容性較好,是可
