1、單側(cè)黑質(zhì)紋狀體通路損毀改變腹側(cè)蒼白球的神經(jīng)活動(dòng)作者:張巧俊,楊慧麗,顏虹,藺雪梅,向莉,劉健【摘要】 目的觀察單側(cè)黑質(zhì)紋狀體通路損毀對(duì)大鼠腹側(cè)蒼白球(ventralpallidum,VP)神經(jīng)元電活動(dòng)的影響。方法采用在體細(xì)胞外記錄方法研究正常大鼠和帕金森病(Parkinsonsdisease,PD)大鼠VP神經(jīng)元放電頻率和放電形式的變化。結(jié)果對(duì)照組大鼠VP神經(jīng)元的平均放電頻率為(16.1±1.2)Hz(n=41);2周和4周PD組大鼠VP神經(jīng)元的平均放電頻率分別是(9.3±0.8)Hz(n=43)和(8.6±1.0)Hz(n=47),與對(duì)照組相比,V
2、P神經(jīng)元的平均放電頻率顯著減低(P均<0.001),但兩PD模型組之間VP神經(jīng)元的平均放電頻率無明顯差異(P>0.05)。在對(duì)照組大鼠,規(guī)則放電的神經(jīng)元占44%(18/41),不規(guī)則放電的神經(jīng)元占52%(21/41),爆發(fā)式放電的神經(jīng)元僅占4%(2/41);在2周和4周PD模型組大鼠,具有規(guī)則、不規(guī)則和爆發(fā)式放電的VP神經(jīng)元的百分比分別為14%(6/43)、47%(20/43)、39%(17/43)和17%(8/47)、49%(23/47)、34%(16/47),2周和4周PD組大鼠VP中爆發(fā)式放電的神經(jīng)元明顯多于對(duì)照組(P均<0.01
