1、MRT1WI梯度回波同、反相位序列對肝臟病變的鑒別診斷價值作者:溫新東,李又成,黎金林,李建策【摘要】目的:評估同相位與反相位梯度回波T1WI在肝臟結(jié)節(jié)診斷中的應(yīng)用價值。方法:回顧性分析76例肝臟結(jié)節(jié)在MRT1WI梯度回波同相位與反相位圖像上的信號差別。將76例肝臟結(jié)節(jié)分為6組:肝癌組27例,肝內(nèi)良性腫瘤組7例,肝內(nèi)炎性病變組11例,海綿狀血管瘤組11例,轉(zhuǎn)移瘤組10例,囊腫組10例。測量各組病變在T1WI同、反相位圖像上的信號強度比值,用方差分析比較6組病變在T1WI同、反相位圖像上的信號強度比值有無差異性。結(jié)果:6組肝臟結(jié)節(jié)在T1WI同反相位圖像上的信號強度比
2、值分別為肝癌1.27±0.25,肝內(nèi)良性腫瘤1.06±0.04,肝內(nèi)炎性病變1.22±0.12,海綿狀血管瘤1.02±0.12,轉(zhuǎn)移瘤1.02±0.06,囊腫0.99±0.07。在T1WI同、反相位圖像信號強度比值上,肝癌與肝內(nèi)炎性病變兩組之間差異無顯著性(P>0.05),肝內(nèi)良性腫瘤、轉(zhuǎn)移瘤、海綿狀血管瘤和囊腫四組之間差異亦無顯著性(P>0.05),前兩組與后四組病變之間差異有顯著性(P<0.01)。結(jié)論:含有少量脂肪成分的肝臟病變在MRT1WI梯度回波同相位與反相位圖像上有明顯的信號強度差異,因此,MRT1WI梯度回波同相位與反相位序列在肝臟
