2、聚類法對各階段的專家偏好進行聚類。在聚類過程中，為減小聚集結(jié)果的群體偏好沖突，以群體偏好一致性水平最大化為目標對聚類閾值進行設(shè)定。然后依據(jù)模糊熵、相對熵原理分別對屬性權(quán)重和階段權(quán)重進行計算，進而得到整個決策過程中的方案綜合群體偏好。利用區(qū)間直覺模糊數(shù)的得分函數(shù)和精確函數(shù)對備選方案進行排序，最后利用算例對該方法的有效性和可行性進行驗證。關(guān)鍵詞:應急決策;大群體;沖突;區(qū)間直覺模糊數(shù)中圖分類號:TP311．52文章標識碼:A文章編號:1007-3221(2016)04-0012-11doi:10．12005/orms
