2、四部分BDE-209對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)新生鼠海馬神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞凋亡的研究【目的】觀察BDE-209對(duì)海馬神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞凋亡的影響?!静牧吓c方法】1.傳代培養(yǎng)3-4代的新生鼠海馬神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞暴露于BDE-209,實(shí)驗(yàn)共分5組,空白對(duì)照組,DMSO對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)A組:BDE-209濃度為10ug/ml,實(shí)驗(yàn)B組:BDE-209濃度為30ug/ml,實(shí)驗(yàn)C組:BDE-209濃度為50ug/ml。每組設(shè)3個(gè)平行樣。DMSO對(duì)照組加入含1‰DMSO的培養(yǎng)液。24h后進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。2.采用免疫細(xì)胞化學(xué)技術(shù)檢測(cè)神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞凋亡?!窘Y(jié)果】不同濃度的BDE-209作用24h后,均可致神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞出現(xiàn)凋亡。實(shí)驗(yàn)A,
