1、中藥聯(lián)合奧施康定治療60例肺癌患者中重度癌痛的臨床分吳玉昌崇州市屮醫(yī)醫(yī)院四川崇州611230摘要：A的探析痛靈湯聯(lián)合奧施康定治療屮重度肺癌癌痛患者的臨床療效及安全性，為今后有效減輕屮重度肺癌患者疼痛提供新的思路和參考。方法隨機(jī)選取腫瘤科收治的120例屮重度肺癌患者，采用抽簽法將其分為2組，每組60例，兩組患者均給予原發(fā)病綜合治療，對(duì)照組在此基礎(chǔ)上單純給予奧施康定，治療組在對(duì)照組用藥基礎(chǔ)上給予自擬痛靈湯，觀察兩組患者疼痛、屮醫(yī)癥候、生活質(zhì)量改善情況以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療組疼痛緩解率為98.33
2、%明顯高于對(duì)照組的88.33%(χ2=4.8214,P=0.0281),治療組總有效率為80.00%明顯高于對(duì)照組的56.67%(χ2=7.5481,P=0.0060)；經(jīng)過(guò)2療程治療后，兩組患者QOL評(píng)分均明顯提高(P<0.05),治療組QOL評(píng)分提高程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),未發(fā)現(xiàn)和治療相關(guān)的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論通靈湯聯(lián)合奧施康定治療屮重度肺癌可明顯緩解其疼痛程度，改善患者的臨床癥狀和體征，提高其生活質(zhì)量，且尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)，故可作為臨床治療癌痛的方案。關(guān)鍵詞：肺癌；屮重度癌
