1、·提要目的：探討脛骨平臺(tái)骨折的手術(shù)治療方法，提高脛骨平臺(tái)骨折的治愈率。方法：本研究病例來(lái)自山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨科病房自2003年7月至2008年3月收治的124例脛骨平臺(tái)骨折患者。年齡17～79歲，平均41.7歲，其中男77例，女47例，左側(cè)66例，右側(cè)58例。術(shù)前進(jìn)行臨床及影像學(xué)評(píng)估，尤其是軟組織損傷程度的評(píng)估，確定手術(shù)的時(shí)機(jī)；進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療，術(shù)中應(yīng)注意切口的選擇，軟組織的保護(hù)，固定方式的選擇；術(shù)后指導(dǎo)患者進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練以及采取必要的措施預(yù)防并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。術(shù)后1年應(yīng)用Lysholm膝關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)傷病評(píng)分表進(jìn)
