2、cordingtooperativepriciples.Inordertoexcludethelow-qualityarticles,wesetsomecriteria.Alltheprocedurescomparedintheformoftablesandcharts.Result:Afterretrieving,269literatures(domestic177andabroad92)wereobtainfollowingthecriteria.Alltheproceduresdescribedintheliteraturesweredividedintosixcategories:
3、tarsalrescetion,conjunctiva-Mullermuscleresection,frontalismuscleslingandWhitnallVII---ligamentsling.Amongalltheseprocedures,thefrontalissling(70%)andthelevatormuscleprocedures(17%)arethemostwidelyusedintheliteratures.Themostcommoncomplicationinblepharoptosissurgeriesisundercorrection,occur6-7%.Th
4、efrontalisslingusingdifferentmaterialshavethehigherrecurrenceandinfectionratethanthedirectfrontalismusclesling.Conclusion:Thesurgeriesusingfrontalismusclearemainlyselectedforsevereblepharoptosis.Thesurgeriesusinglevatormusclewereselectedformildormoderateblepharoptosis.Thecommoncomplicationofallble
