4、ubventricularzone,SVZa)神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞(neuralstemcells,NSCs)向多巴胺能TH+(酪氨酸羥化酶)神經(jīng)元分化及DLX5的表達(dá)的影響。方法體外培養(yǎng)SVZaNSCs,分別分為對(duì)照組,BMP-2組,BMP-2+Noggin組和Noggin組,通過免疫熒光染色和流式細(xì)胞儀技術(shù),觀察其分化為TH+(酪氨酸羥化酶陽(yáng)性)神經(jīng)元的情況;用RT-PCR檢測(cè)DLX5mRNA表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果BMP-2組SVZaNSCs向TH+神經(jīng)元分化的比例和DLX5mRNA表達(dá)水平均明顯高于對(duì)照組(pP<0.05),且這種效應(yīng)能被其拮抗劑Noggi
