1、摘要直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制技術(shù)是交流調(diào)速領(lǐng)域中新興的控制技術(shù),具有轉(zhuǎn)矩響應(yīng)快、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、動靜態(tài)性能好、對電動機(jī)參數(shù)依賴性小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為當(dāng)前交流調(diào)速領(lǐng)域中重要的控制策略。本文在分析直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制理論基礎(chǔ)上,采用離散占空比電壓矢量控制技術(shù)與電壓矢量的優(yōu)化選擇相結(jié)合,并根據(jù)在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下零電壓矢量的作用,合理安排電壓矢量來解決脈動問題提高轉(zhuǎn)矩性能,建立改進(jìn)型直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)。在改進(jìn)型直接轉(zhuǎn)矩系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,從異步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型出發(fā),建立無速度傳感器自適應(yīng)觀測器,引入popov,Lyapunov等穩(wěn)定性理論,觀測器穩(wěn)定條件下推導(dǎo)出速度辨識自適應(yīng)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)無速度傳感
2、器直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制。通過MATLAB/Simulink軟件,搭建改進(jìn)型直接控制系統(tǒng)的仿真平臺,構(gòu)建了兩種自適應(yīng)觀測器速度辯識仿真模型,進(jìn)行多種角度的仿真,對仿真圖形進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),仿真結(jié)果與理論分析一致,驗(yàn)證了本文提出的改進(jìn)措施的有效性;采用德州儀器公司的TMS320LF2812芯片作為控制核心,進(jìn)行直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì),并完成主模塊和各控制子模塊的程序設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞異步電動機(jī),無速度傳感器,直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制Abs仃actDirectlytorquecontrolsystemisanewcontroltechnologyofACmotorcont
