2、-ECD)測(cè)定蔬菜中6種有機(jī)氯和7種擬除蟲菊酯農(nóng)藥的方法。采用雙柱(HP-50和HP-1色譜柱)雙檢測(cè)器進(jìn)行定性和定量分析。蔬菜樣品采用乙腈提取,多壁碳納米管SPE柱凈化,正己烷溶解上樣,丙酮-正己烷(7∶3,v/v)洗脫,13種農(nóng)藥中有11種農(nóng)藥的添加回收率高于70%。將該凈化方法用于荷蘭黃瓜、卷心菜、紅圣女果、奶油生菜、紫甘藍(lán)、韭菜、大蔥和洋蔥等樣品的凈化,與弗羅里硅土SPE柱相比較,凈化效果更好,表明多壁碳納米管具有較強(qiáng)的吸附去除色素的能力,可以避免色素對(duì)測(cè)定的干擾。關(guān)鍵詞:多壁碳納米管;氣相色譜-電子捕獲檢測(cè);有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥;擬除蟲菊酯農(nóng)藥;蔬菜中圖分類號(hào):O658文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:
