6、·····························50中文摘要某市民營(yíng)醫(yī)院護(hù)士離職意愿及相關(guān)影響因素研究摘要目的:調(diào)查某市民營(yíng)醫(yī)院護(hù)士的人口學(xué)特征情況及離職意愿的現(xiàn)狀,探索分析影響民營(yíng)醫(yī)院護(hù)士離職意愿的因素,提出有針對(duì)性干預(yù)對(duì)策,為實(shí)施護(hù)理人力資源管理提供依據(jù)。方法:1采用整群便利抽樣方法,以某市7家民營(yíng)醫(yī)院956名護(hù)士為研究對(duì)象于2014年5月-7月實(shí)施問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合民營(yíng)醫(yī)院自身的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。問(wèn)卷由護(hù)士一般資料、離職意愿量表、護(hù)士離職意愿影響因素三部分組成。該問(wèn)卷由5名專家進(jìn)行修訂,內(nèi)部一致性信度Cronbach’s
7、α系數(shù)為0.898,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果使用SPSS16.0軟件進(jìn)行分析,采用的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法有統(tǒng)計(jì)性描述、獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、單因素方差分析、LSD多重比較、相關(guān)分析及多元性逐步回歸分析。2采用目的抽樣法,經(jīng)知情同意后,對(duì)2013年12月-2014年4月期間自愿離職的6名護(hù)士進(jìn)行深入訪談,進(jìn)一步尋找護(hù)士離職的真實(shí)原因。結(jié)果:1某市民營(yíng)醫(yī)院護(hù)士的離職意愿總分為16.99±2.91,指標(biāo)值為70.79%,各維度得分從高到低依次為離職意愿Ⅲ6.29±0.89(78.63%)、離職意愿Ⅰ5.41±1.36(67.63%)、離職意愿Ⅱ5.29±1.41(66.13%)。離職意愿具有
8、較高及以上水平的護(hù)士占總數(shù)的92.7%
