2、學(xué)活動(dòng)的導(dǎo)航燈,美術(shù)活動(dòng)都是緊緊圍繞美術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的總指導(dǎo)思路和總目標(biāo)進(jìn)行的。現(xiàn)行的美術(shù)新課標(biāo)是基于對(duì)2001年頒布的《全日制義務(wù)教育美術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn)稿)》的多次修改,以使之更加切合美術(shù)教學(xué)在義務(wù)教育階段的實(shí)際運(yùn)用。即使經(jīng)過(guò)多次調(diào)整改革,仍然有很多問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)在美術(shù)新課標(biāo)的實(shí)踐中,這些問(wèn)題亟待解決,以實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的全面發(fā)展人才的目標(biāo)。美術(shù)學(xué)科在中小學(xué)教學(xué)階段一直處于邊緣學(xué)科,隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展,美術(shù)教學(xué)的模式也有相應(yīng)的變化,本文以筆者在淮安市的教學(xué)實(shí)踐為起點(diǎn),結(jié)合筆者的實(shí)踐走訪,探究美術(shù)新課標(biāo)在教學(xué)中的具體
3、推行情況,并綜合美術(shù)新課標(biāo)在中小學(xué)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用及教學(xué)方法,根據(jù)教師和學(xué)生對(duì)新課標(biāo)的不同認(rèn)識(shí),分析現(xiàn)今美術(shù)教育存在的各種問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而延伸到對(duì)美術(shù)新課標(biāo)的形成和發(fā)展的研究,分析新課標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)思路和整體思想,最終從美術(shù)教學(xué)的實(shí)際狀態(tài)對(duì)中小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)進(jìn)行分析,歸納總結(jié)美術(shù)新課標(biāo)推行遇到問(wèn)題的原因,并針對(duì)家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)等不同主體提出不同的實(shí)踐方案,努力平衡中國(guó)教育體制功能和美術(shù)教學(xué)的本體的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞:課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn);中小學(xué)美術(shù);教學(xué);問(wèn)題IABSTRACT"CompulsoryEducationcurriculu
