4、ectedfrompostnatalporcinetoothbudatbellstage.Porcinedentalpapillaecellswereisolatedbytheenzyme-digestionmethodcombinedwithmechanicaldissociation,andthenculturedandproliferatedinvitrointhemediumofDMEM/F12containing10%fetalbovineserum.MTTcolorimetricmethodandALPimmunocytochemistrywere

6、fiedasmesenchymalcells.GrowthfactorswereappliedtoinducethepDPCs.Thefindingssuggestedthatincertainconditions,aFGFcouldsignificantlypromotetheproliferationofpDPCsbutinhibiteALPactivity;TGFβ1couldsharplydecreasetheproliferativeactivitywhileincreaseALPactivityofpDPCs;however,whenthegrow
