2、素抗體測定法觀察小鼠溶血素抗體生成和藥物對DNFB所致小鼠遲發(fā)型變態(tài)反應(yīng)的影響。[結(jié)果]與模型組相比，四味藏木香軟膠囊能明顯增加小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指數(shù)；促進小鼠機體溶血素抗體的生成。試驗中遲發(fā)型超敏反應(yīng)的小鼠左右耳重量差異顯著，且高于模型組和對照組，差異顯著，有統(tǒng)計學意義。[結(jié)論]四味藏木香軟膠囊能增強環(huán)磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。關(guān)鍵詞四味藏木香軟膠囊；環(huán)磷酰胺；小鼠免疫抑制模型中圖分類號s567文獻標識碼A文章編號o517—6611(2011)30—18556—02EfectsofFourTast
