2、,N.二甲基甲酰胺一水一異辛烷(1:1:l,v/v)反萃取和Florisi1固相萃取小柱凈化,最后進(jìn)行HPLc分析。結(jié)果:標(biāo)品實(shí)驗(yàn)回收率在83.59%~92.97%,當(dāng)樣品加標(biāo)水分別為1、2、2“g,kg時(shí),回收率在73.85%~80.31%,RsD<10%,三種PAHs檢測(cè)量在0.56~3.19g,kg。結(jié)論:該方法凈化效果較好,重現(xiàn)性高,檢測(cè)靈敏度和準(zhǔn)確度均滿足分析要求,樣品中苯并[a】芘的含量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于國(guó)家規(guī)定對(duì)煙熏燒烤類食品不能超過(guò)5g,的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。關(guān)鍵詞:北京烤鴨;氣體射流沖擊;多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs);高效液相熒光檢測(cè)(HPLc—FD)DetenninationofPo1ycyclicAr0
