2、濃度為自變量,總黃酮提取率為響應(yīng)值,采用Box-Behnken實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,研究各自變量及其交互作用對總黃酮提取率的影響,并利用Design-Expert軟件,建立總黃酮提取率與提取過程中各因素的二次多項(xiàng)式模型。結(jié)果表明:超聲波輔助提取西蘭花總黃酮的最佳工藝條件為:料液比1∶20、超聲功率201W、超聲溫度53℃、乙醇濃度51%、超聲時間30min,該條件下總黃酮提取率為1.128%,與預(yù)測值僅相差0.53%,驗(yàn)證了該模型的有效性。該工藝與熱浸取法相比,提取率提高32.2%,該研究結(jié)果可為西蘭花總黃酮的提取提供參考。關(guān)
