2、、613%,常規(guī)劑量組分別為6417%、1911%、1612%,2組有效率、無效率均無顯著性差異(P>0105),中毒率小劑量組顯著低于常規(guī)劑量組(P<0105);小劑量組地高辛有效、無效、中毒濃度分別為(0187±0141)、(0167±0134)、(1170±0148)μg/L,常規(guī)劑量組分別為(1111±0148)、(0171±0139)、(1169±0163)μg/L,2組地高辛無效濃度、中毒濃度均無顯著性差異(P>0105),地高辛有效濃度小劑量組顯著低于常規(guī)劑量組(P<0101)。結(jié)論:地高辛治療慢性心力衰竭的血清治療窗濃度范圍以0150～1150μg
