1、經(jīng)腹超聲檢查在卵巢腫瘤蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)中探究應(yīng)用【中圖分類號(hào)】R737.31【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼】A【文章編號(hào)】1005-2720(2009)04-0155-02【摘要】目的：探討經(jīng)腹超聲在卵巢腫瘤蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)診斷中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：對(duì)42例卵巢腫瘤蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行診斷分析，觀察囊腫扭轉(zhuǎn)部位的位置、大小、水腫程度及周圍是否有滲出液。結(jié)果：42例卵巢腫瘤蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)全部經(jīng)手術(shù)證實(shí)，超聲檢出40例，檢出率為95.2%o超聲檢出卵巢腫瘤蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)周圍積液28例，占66.7%,經(jīng)腹超聲檢查具有特征性的聲像圖特征。結(jié)論：超聲聲像圖特征并結(jié)合病史資料可
