2、益和增強(qiáng)凝聚力的作用,反而會(huì)導(dǎo)致企業(yè)過(guò)于不切實(shí)際,讓員工失去信心,企業(yè)的發(fā)展受到不好的影響。本文通過(guò)對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化構(gòu)建的理論研究。參照大量的國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)人中型民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化的構(gòu)建案例,運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則來(lái)構(gòu)建一個(gè)企業(yè)文化,結(jié)合企業(yè)本身的的實(shí)際情況和條件來(lái)建立一個(gè)能給企業(yè)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使企業(yè)整體的持續(xù)健康有效發(fā)展的企業(yè)文化。讓它為企業(yè)服務(wù),使員工的積極性増強(qiáng)和企業(yè)效益的提高。【關(guān)鍵詞】民營(yíng)企業(yè)構(gòu)建民營(yíng)文化Ontheculturalconstructionofprivateenterpri
