1、醫(yī)療機構(gòu)中藥制劑現(xiàn)狀研究及發(fā)展對策［摘要］屮藥制劑作為屮醫(yī)藥特色療效在臨床上的實際反映，不僅滿足醫(yī)院臨床、科研和教學的需要，也對深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革、提高人民健康水平、促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著重要作用。然而管理審批偏西藥化、規(guī)模出現(xiàn)萎縮、臨床與科研欠同步、區(qū)域發(fā)展失衡等問題卻讓中笏制劑在矛盾中緩慢前進，這不僅阻礙了中藥制劑在臨床上的有效發(fā)揮，也為中藥制劑現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展帶來不利影響。經(jīng)研究分析顯示目前醫(yī)療機構(gòu)屮藥制劑的現(xiàn)狀屮影響因素主要有法律法規(guī)欠完善、成本高于收益、制劑研發(fā)人才短缺。分析認為打破這一矛盾、提高中醫(yī)臨床療效、促進中藥制劑現(xiàn)代化
2、發(fā)展的必要措施是：政府及相關(guān)部門通過調(diào)整審批政策、加速調(diào)劑使用、改革定價系統(tǒng)、納入醫(yī)保報銷范疇、整合優(yōu)勢資源等方式加大政策扶持力度；醫(yī)療機構(gòu)通過汲取傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代精髓、儲備專業(yè)人才、開發(fā)特色制劑積極開展屮藥制劑研發(fā)工作；企業(yè)攜手醫(yī)院，優(yōu)勢互補，實現(xiàn)功能轉(zhuǎn)型等方式迅速轉(zhuǎn)化中藥制劑成果應(yīng)用于臨床。［關(guān)鍵詞］醫(yī)療機構(gòu)；中藥制劑；新藥研發(fā)；臨床療效［Abstract］AstheactualclinicalreflectingoftransformChinesemedicinespecialcurativeeffect,Chinesemedi
