1、畢業(yè)論文（20__屆）碳關(guān)稅對我國鋼鐵行業(yè)出口貿(mào)易的影響及對策研究摘要鋼鐵行業(yè)是我國的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。隨著中國鋼產(chǎn)量的大幅增長，鋼鐵貿(mào)易在我國對外貿(mào)易和鋼鐵工業(yè)發(fā)展中的地位日益重要。然而，2007年金融危機(jī)后，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入低迷態(tài)勢，一些國家主張采取碳關(guān)稅。鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展成為一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)問題。在現(xiàn)在鋼鐵貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義未見消退的形勢下，如何增強(qiáng)我國鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力，合理運(yùn)用應(yīng)對措施保護(hù)國內(nèi)鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展已成為一個(gè)極具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的課題。本文首先對碳關(guān)稅的含義、提出背景和開征碳關(guān)稅的合理性進(jìn)行了討論，緊接著對我國鋼鐵的出口貿(mào)易運(yùn)行情況和鋼鐵工
2、業(yè)的能源消耗情況作了闡述，并對我國鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上探究碳關(guān)稅壁壘對我國鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易的影響，指出受碳關(guān)稅的影響，鋼鐵產(chǎn)品出口受阻，鋼鐵貿(mào)易摩擦增多，鋼鐵企業(yè)節(jié)能減排壓力加大。最后得出觀點(diǎn)，面對碳關(guān)稅的挑戰(zhàn)，我國政府、鋼鐵企業(yè)、鋼鐵行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)應(yīng)共同努力消除不利影響。此外，本文總結(jié)指出碳關(guān)稅是美國等發(fā)達(dá)國家提出的借環(huán)境保護(hù)之名，行貿(mào)易保護(hù)之實(shí)的手段，應(yīng)以冷靜客觀的心態(tài)看待它。關(guān)鍵詞：鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易；碳關(guān)稅；發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；影響；對策AbstractIronandsteelindustryisoneofChina'spill

6、orts,andbasedonthis,exploringtheinfluenceoflevyingcarbontariffsonChina’ssteelexporttrade,whichincludingblockingtheexportofsteelproducts,increasingthenumberofironandsteeltradefrictionsandincreasingironandsteelenterprises’pressureonenergysaving.finallysummarizedtheviews,
