2、m縮小至(1.4±0.4)cm,P<0.01;漿膜下肌瘤由術前(6.4±0.9)cm縮小至(2.0±0.7)cm,P〈0.01］,所有子宮出血病例,月經恢復正常;貧血病例，血紅蛋白升至正常范圍［其中，粘膜下肌瘤由術前(7.2±1.7)cm升至(13.7±1.9)gL-l,P<0.01;肌壁間肌瘤由術前(9.8±0.6)gL-1升至(13.6±1.8)gL-1,P<0.01;漿膜下肌瘤由術前(10.5±1.2)gL-1升至(14.0±2.6)gL-l,P<0.01]?無嚴重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生.結論子宮動脈栓塞術是治療各類子宮肌瘤的安全、有效的新方法，對r想保留子宮、
