1、茂苗強(qiáng)心膠囊治療慢性收縮性心力衰竭42例臨床觀察作者：黃顯南，黃照河,譚志輝，潘征，潘興壽單位：533000廣西百色，右江民族醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院心研所【摘要】目的觀察便苗強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合西藥治療中、重度慢性收縮性心力衰竭(CHF)的療效。方法將84例CHF患者隨機(jī)分為2組,對照組(42例)給予ACEI類、利尿劑、小劑量倍他斥克片(心功能IV級者心力衰竭控制后開始口服)、小劑量地高辛片等常規(guī)治療左心衰竭；觀察組(42例)在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加服罠茁強(qiáng)心膠囊(4粒，每日3次)，2周吋觀察比較2組治療效果。結(jié)杲
