1、第42卷第1期金磊熬庵鏈V01.42No.1凸臺(tái)薄壁齒輪滲碳淬火畸變控制袁勃(安徽星瑞齒輪傳動(dòng)有限公司,安徽六安237000)摘要:用金相顯微鏡及顯微硬度計(jì)對(duì)凸臺(tái)薄壁齒輪滲碳淬火后的顯微組織及硬度進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,凸臺(tái)兩端有效厚度差異大,在滲碳淬火時(shí)上下兩端收縮變形不一致,導(dǎo)致內(nèi)花鍵呈“錐度”變形,造成產(chǎn)品大批量報(bào)廢。試驗(yàn)表明,采用熱補(bǔ)償法設(shè)計(jì)#14t,償塊,補(bǔ)償上端凸臺(tái)薄壁部位有效厚度,改善淬火時(shí)上下兩端冷卻差異,將凸臺(tái)薄壁部位內(nèi)花鍵熱處理畸變(收縮量)由0.10mm以上降低到0.05mm以內(nèi),從而達(dá)到控制畸變目的。關(guān)鍵詞:凸臺(tái)薄壁齒
