2、lackett-Burman(PB)試驗法對影響大高良姜多糖提取率的5個因素進(jìn)行篩選;根據(jù)PB試驗結(jié)果,選取3個主要影響因素,通過Box.BehnkenD向應(yīng)面試驗對提取工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,確定最佳工藝條件;同時測定大高良姜多糖對DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除率?!窘Y(jié)果】酶解法提取大高良姜多糖最佳工藝條件:料液比l:24、pH6.0、酶解時間50.5min、酶解溫度44℃、酶用量2%,在此條件下多糖提取率為13.53%。與傳統(tǒng)熱水浸提法比較,酶解法提取時間縮短72.O%,提取率提高24.1%。大高良姜多糖對DPPH和ABTS自由基均有較強(qiáng)的清除能力,其半數(shù)有效質(zhì)量
