1、寬胸理氣疏肝法辨證治療冠心病心絞痛患者的臨床觀察周玉鳳河南省鄭州市中醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科摘要：冃的觀察冠心病心絞痛患者采用寬胸理氣疏肝辨證治療的臨床療效。方法以我院2016年4月一2017年4月收治88例冠心病心絞痛患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組44例，其中對(duì)照組患者給予地奧心血康膠囊治療，觀察組患者采取寬胸理氣疏肝辨證法治療，對(duì)比分析兩組患者心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間及臨床治療有效率。結(jié)果觀察組患者心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)顯著低于對(duì)照組，發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);觀察組患者臨床治療有效率為95.45
