2、2的防效最好,達79.o0%;對其不同發(fā)酵時間的代謝液活性進行測定,發(fā)現(xiàn)72h代謝液的抑制效果最佳,達到40.93%BY-2代謝液能顯著抑制大豆疫霉游動孢子萌發(fā),抑制效果為39.89%~57.71%;其揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)能顯著抑制疫霉菌絲的生長,抑制效果為81.70%~91.94%。離體和盆栽試驗結(jié)果表明,BY-2菌液處理對大豆疫病具較好的防治效果,離體葉片防效和盆栽防效分別為63_38%和75.01%。此外,用BY-2活菌液灌根大豆幼苗的鮮重、干重、根長和莖長顯著增加,表明生防菌株BY-2能促進大豆植株的生長。關(guān)鍵詞:生防細菌;大豆疫霉;生防效果;促生作用中圖分類號:$435
