1、實用預防醫(yī)學2013年8月第2O卷第8期PracticalPreventiveMedicine,Aug.2013,Vol20,No.8文章編號:1006—3110(2013)08—0904—03·論著·大豆皂苷對荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的實驗研究朱孝娟,孫玉薇,楊艷暉,宋柏捷摘要:目的觀察大豆皂苷(ss)對S180荷瘤小鼠免疫器官的影響及抑瘤作用。方法建立S180荷瘤小鼠模型,隨機分為模型對照組、環(huán)磷酰胺組(∞()組、SS低、中、高劑量組(10、2O、40mkg),連續(xù)給藥15d后處死小鼠,測量小鼠瘤體重、質(zhì)量、胸腺和脾臟重量,計算抑瘤率、胸腺指數(shù)和脾臟指數(shù);測定小鼠血清TNF—a含
2、量,NK細胞活性。結(jié)果Ss對S180實體瘤有較好抑制作用,SS中、高劑量組抑瘤率分別為40.21%、34.86%,與模型對照組比較,ss中、高劑量組瘤重顯著降低(P<0.01)、脾臟指數(shù)顯著升高(P<0.05);SS中、高劑量組小鼠血清TNF—a含量升高,NK細胞活性升高,與模型對照組和CTX組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論SS可明顯抑制荷瘤小鼠體內(nèi)腫瘤的生長,并具有免疫增強作用。關鍵詞:大豆皂苷;荷瘤小鼠;抑瘤作用中圖分類號:R282.71文獻標識碼:ADOI:10.3969/j.issn.1006—3110.2013.08.003ExperimentalSt
