2、量，NK細胞活性。結(jié)果Ss對S180實體瘤有較好抑制作用，SS中、高劑量組抑瘤率分別為40．21％、34．86％，與模型對照組比較，ss中、高劑量組瘤重顯著降低(P<0．01)、脾臟指數(shù)顯著升高(P<0．05)；SS中、高劑量組小鼠血清TNF—a含量升高，NK細胞活性升高，與模型對照組和CTX組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0．05)。結(jié)論SS可明顯抑制荷瘤小鼠體內(nèi)腫瘤的生長，并具有免疫增強作用。關鍵詞：大豆皂苷；荷瘤小鼠；抑瘤作用中圖分類號：R282．71文獻標識碼：ADOI：10．3969／j．issn．1006—3110．2013．08．003ExperimentalSt
