1、'rH啊ProgressinModernBiomedicineVoL13NO.25SEP.2013·4847·大豆皂苷對荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影響木朱孝娟周春凌宋柏捷孫玉薇(哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學第二臨床醫(yī)學院臨床營養(yǎng)科黑龍江哈爾濱150086)摘要目的:觀察大豆皂苷(soyasaponins,SS)對荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影響。方法:建立$180荷瘤小鼠模型,隨機分為模型對照組、環(huán)磷酰胺組(CTX)組(20mg/kg)、SS低、中、高劑量組(1O、2O、30mg/kg),每組l2只。連續(xù)給藥l5天后處死小鼠,測量小鼠免疫器官指數(shù)、淋巴細胞轉(zhuǎn)化率(采用MTT法)、溶
2、血空斑數(shù)(采用Jeme改良玻片法)、巨噬細胞吞噬功能(采用半體內(nèi)法)以及NK細胞活性(采用乳酸脫氫酶法)。結(jié)果:SS中、高劑量組提高小鼠脾臟指數(shù)、脾淋巴細胞轉(zhuǎn)化率、溶血空斑數(shù)、巨噬細胞吞噬率及吞噬指數(shù)、NK細胞活性,與模型對照組比較有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。與模型對照組比較,SS各劑量組胸腺指數(shù)無明顯差異(P>0.05o結(jié)論:一定劑量的SS具有增強荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用,從而發(fā)揮抗腫瘤作用。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆皂苷;荷瘤小鼠;免疫功能中圖分類號:Q95—3,R73,R282.71文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1673-6273(2013)25·4847—04E
