1、維普資訊http://www.cqvip.com12MolecularCardiologyofChina,F(xiàn)ebruary2008,Vo1.8No.1(SerialNo.38.基礎研究.SD大鼠生長發(fā)育期心臟結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的超聲心動圖評價蓋迎利徐明白燕呂志珍張幼怡李昭屏【摘要】目的應用高頻超聲儀動態(tài)觀測SD雄性大鼠生長發(fā)育階段心臟結(jié)構(gòu)和功能變化規(guī)律,為發(fā)育期實驗大鼠動物模型制備及功能評價提供依據(jù)。方法利用小動物超聲儀連續(xù)觀測sD雄性大鼠出生后1—9周左心室結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的動態(tài)變化。結(jié)果(1)M超檢測結(jié)果顯示左室壁厚度及左室內(nèi)徑隨生長發(fā)育而增加,超聲評估左心室重量與解剖
2、稱重結(jié)果高度相關(r=0.9326,P<0.0001);(2)左室短軸縮短率(FS%)在發(fā)育期無顯著變化;(3)脈沖多普勒測定舒張早期峰值血流速度(E峰)與舒張晚期峰值血流速度(A峰)之比(E/A)>1,在發(fā)育過程中無顯著性變化;(4)組織多普勒檢測提示:左室后壁心肌的舒張早期(Em)、舒張晚期(Am)及收縮期(Sm)運動速度出生后1—6周逐漸增加,6周時達平臺期。結(jié)論高頻小動物超聲儀經(jīng)胸超聲心動圖所檢測的心臟結(jié)構(gòu)能準確地反映大鼠心臟生長發(fā)育變化趨勢;心臟整體收縮及舒張功能在出生后1周即達穩(wěn)定狀態(tài);組織多普勒檢測左室后壁心肌縱軸運動在出生后逐漸成熟完善,于6周
