2、關(guān)代謝的變化。結(jié)果表明:雌蠶中腸組織中,總谷胱甘肽(GSH+2GSSG)、還原型谷胱甘肽(reducedglutathione,GSH)和氧化型谷胱甘肽(oxidizedglutathione,GSSG)含量均呈現(xiàn)迅速上升再緩慢下降趨勢(shì);谷胱甘肽s一轉(zhuǎn)移酶(glutathioneS-transferase,GST)活性升高到較大值后逐漸降低;GSH/GSSG的比值下降表明,在72min后中腸組織向氧化態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移。脂肪體組織中,總谷胱甘肽、GSH和GSSG含量變化均呈現(xiàn)迅速下降再迅速上升的趨勢(shì);GST活性達(dá)到最大值后逐漸降低后趨于平穩(wěn);
3、GSI-I/GSSG比值升高表明,在72rain后脂肪體組織向還原態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移。無(wú)論雌蠶還是雄蠶,總谷胱甘肽、GSH和GSSG含量以及GST活性均是脂肪體高于中腸。雌蠶的總谷胱甘肽含量、GSH和GSSG含量高于雄蠶,但雄蠶的GST活性高于雌性。結(jié)果說(shuō)明,攝入異煙肼引起了家蠶幼蟲(chóng)體內(nèi)谷胱甘肽氧化還原狀態(tài)的改變和酶活性的變化,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中脂肪體起主要解毒代謝作用。關(guān)鍵詞:家蠶;異煙肼;谷胱甘肽氧化還原循環(huán);谷胱甘肽s-轉(zhuǎn)移酶;脂肪體;中腸中圖分類號(hào):Q966文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0454-6296(2013)08-0870-08Efect
