1、中國微侵襲神經(jīng)外科雜志2012年O3月20日第l7卷第3期ChinJMinimInvasiveNeurosttrg,VOL.17,NO.3,March20,2012·107··臨床研究·腦深部電刺激治療帕金森病作用機制的探討王爾松,季耀東,胡錦,王晨,姚慧斌,呼建文,江澄川【摘要】目的從蛋白組學(xué)的角度探索腦深部電刺激(DBS)與毀損術(shù)治療帕金森病的機制是否類同。方法采用熒光差異凝膠電泳(DIGE)技術(shù),測定3例行雙側(cè)丘腦底核DBS治療的帕金森病病人腦脊液中蛋白,在手術(shù)前(未干預(yù)組)、手術(shù)7d后但未刺激前(微毀損組)和刺激1周后(DBS組)
2、的表達變化。另留取3例非中樞系統(tǒng)疾病病人的腦脊液蛋白作為正常對照組。結(jié)果未干預(yù)組和微毀損組、未干預(yù)組和DBS組、微毀損組和DBS組的組間比較分別發(fā)現(xiàn)14、18和13個明顯差異蛋白點。除3個蛋白點外,未干預(yù)組和微毀損組與未干預(yù)組和DBS組的組間蛋白差異點完全不同;且在這3個相同的蛋白點中,兩個蛋白點呈相反方向表達。結(jié)論結(jié)果初步提示DBS與毀損術(shù)治療帕金森病的機制不相同。【關(guān)鍵詞】帕金森??;腦深部電刺激;毀損術(shù)中圖分類號:R742.5文獻標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1009—122X(2012)03—01O7—03Studyofmechanismso
