2、量和解析率為指標(biāo)篩選大孔吸附樹(shù)脂,并研究所選樹(shù)脂分離純化珠子葉參總皂苷的吸附與解吸特性,優(yōu)化純化條件。結(jié)果飽和吸附量為54.98mg/g,樹(shù)脂量:上樣藥材量為2:3,上樣濃度為4.8—5.8mg/mL,上樣液pH值6.0為佳;洗脫用60%乙醇16倍柱體積,收集60%乙醇洗脫部分。結(jié)論HPD一100型大孔樹(shù)脂對(duì)珠子參葉總皂苷有較好的吸附與解析特性,適合用于珠子參葉總皂苷的分離與純化。關(guān)鍵詞:珠子參葉總皂苷;人參皂苷Rfl;大孔樹(shù)脂中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):R28文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AStudiesonthepurificationprocessofleavesofRhizom
