1、全程護(hù)理干預(yù)在無痛胃鏡檢查中的作用【中圖分類號(hào)】R573;R472.9+1【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼】A【文章編號(hào)】1003-8183-（2011）09-0029-02【摘要】目的：采用無痛胃鏡檢查，減輕患者在檢查中的痛苦，保證檢查質(zhì)量與安全。方法：將400例胃鏡檢查分為兩組，無痛胃鏡檢查組為觀察組和普通電子胃鏡組為對(duì)照組各200例，對(duì)胃鏡術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備、術(shù)中配合、術(shù)后觀察、治療與護(hù)理進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：觀察組易于接受，感覺舒適，配合成功率98%，惡心嘔吐率6%，正確診斷率987。，血壓在麻醉后術(shù)中下降（15?25/10?15）mmHg,
