1、摘要jij直著大眾旅游的蓬勃發(fā)展,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。近年來,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店管理公司和經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店品牌層出不窮,國(guó)外著名酒店集團(tuán)紛紛進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)并加快其擴(kuò)張的步伐,引發(fā)了經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店建設(shè)的熱潮。如今,經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的發(fā)展開始步入整合拓展階段,營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略成為業(yè)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),如何有效地制定、實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略成為學(xué)界研究的新方向。文章在對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店、營(yíng)銷及其營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行科學(xué)界定的前提下,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略的研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理。現(xiàn)有研究對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、區(qū)域發(fā)展研究較多,而經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略的研
2、究成果較少。筆者依據(jù)相關(guān)理論與科學(xué)的研究方法,對(duì)揚(yáng)州的漢庭快捷和??投純杉医?jīng)濟(jì)型酒店進(jìn)行了個(gè)案分析,并以此為基礎(chǔ),提出影響經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略制定的關(guān)鍵因素,并對(duì)營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略在連鎖型經(jīng)濟(jì)酒店與單體經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的綜合運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了初步思考。文章共分為五章:第一章在對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店、營(yíng)銷與營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地回顧經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店現(xiàn)有的研究成果,初步梳理了經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略的研究成果,指出研究中存在的問題與不足?,F(xiàn)有成果對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、區(qū)域發(fā)展的研究較多,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略的研究較少,本文以此為契機(jī)開展本研
3、究。第二章闡述了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究方法與研究思路,并對(duì)研究?jī)?nèi)容與框架進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要概括。第三章探討了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的行業(yè)環(huán)境、經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)以及發(fā)展障礙展開分析,指出科學(xué)制定營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略的必要性。第四章重點(diǎn)論述經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略的重要性,并具體分析制定營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略的基本步驟:市場(chǎng)細(xì)分、選擇目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和市場(chǎng)定位。第五章對(duì)揚(yáng)州漢庭快捷和福客進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查與管理層訪談,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。從個(gè)案分析出發(fā),提出影響經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店?duì)I銷戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵因素,以及營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略在連鎖型經(jīng)濟(jì)酒店與單體經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的綜合運(yùn)用。關(guān)鍵詞:經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店;營(yíng)
