2、及唐太宗的個(gè)人作用等方面來分析諫官制度為什么能夠在唐貞觀時(shí)期得到比較充分的發(fā)展：二、貞觀時(shí)期的諫官制度設(shè)計(jì)。這一部分主要從諫官的職位設(shè)置、諫官的選任、諫官的參政方式以及諫諍的語言藝術(shù)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述；三、對(duì)貞觀時(shí)期諫官制度的評(píng)價(jià)。在制度與史實(shí)相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上，本部分從六個(gè)方面力圖對(duì)貞觀時(shí)期諫官制度作出比較中肯的評(píng)價(jià)。貞觀時(shí)期的諫官制度和唐太宗的求諫納諫思想是我國(guó)古代政治法律史上的一份珍貴的財(cái)富，至今仍有一定的借鑒意義。但是貞觀諍諫不可能改變封建專制的本質(zhì)，與今天的民主更是兩個(gè)截然不同的概念。關(guān)鍵詞：貞觀時(shí)期諫
