1、廣州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文I廣州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文I廣州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文I廣州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要社會在迅猛發(fā)展,青少年生活與成長的社會環(huán)境,也變得愈加復(fù)雜,造成了青少年犯罪形勢日益嚴(yán)峻。當(dāng)涉案青少年觸碰了法律底線時,雖然不會被定罪、判刑,但若不加緊幫教轉(zhuǎn)化,會增加他們再次犯罪的風(fēng)險。涉案青少年為何會作出違法犯罪的行為?作為司法社工應(yīng)該如何開展社會幫扶服務(wù)?是本研究所要解答的問題。筆者通過對七位涉案青少年開展深度訪談和調(diào)研,就抗逆力視角下涉案青少年的幫扶服務(wù)個案進行分析。首先,對抗逆力理論進行文獻回顧與概念明晰。然后,對涉案青少年目前所遭遇的困境,從內(nèi)在保護因子的缺失和外在風(fēng)險性因子的影響作出分析
2、。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),涉案青少年的內(nèi)在不良影響因子主要包括:情緒沖動,自制力不強;被動;易怒的情緒以及目標(biāo)感喪失。涉案青少年的外在風(fēng)險性因子主要包括:家庭關(guān)懷缺乏,家庭成員間隔閡明顯;社會交往的圈子較小,同質(zhì)性強,不良朋輩因子趁虛而入;校園支持不足,排斥校園學(xué)習(xí);社區(qū)環(huán)境復(fù)雜,治安與衛(wèi)生情況堪憂;經(jīng)濟壓力讓小家庭生活如履薄冰。在研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出提升涉案青少年辨別是非能力、解決家庭親子難題、增強社會責(zé)任感和同輩交往技能、規(guī)劃未來的能力的介入策略并通過典型個案將抗逆力理論應(yīng)用到幫扶實務(wù)的工作中。關(guān)鍵詞:涉案青少年;抗逆力;幫扶服務(wù)I廣州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractWiththerapiddevelo
