2、環(huán)磷酰胺構(gòu)建腸道黏膜損傷小鼠模型。記錄小鼠體質(zhì)量變化情況,檢測胸腺、脾指數(shù),制備小腸切片并進行組織學(xué)觀察,統(tǒng)計絨毛(villus)長度、隱窩(crypt)深度并統(tǒng)計兩者比值(V/C),酶聯(lián)免疫法(ELISA)檢測腸黏膜SIgA、IFN-γ、IL-4的含量并統(tǒng)計黏膜IFN-γ/IL-4,免疫印跡法(Westernblotting)檢測小腸IgA的蛋白表達量。結(jié)果:與模型組相比,4種海參均可顯著提高小鼠脾指數(shù),上調(diào)絨毛長度/隱窩深度比,改善環(huán)磷酰胺所致小鼠腸道機械屏障受損狀況;提高IFN-γ/IL-4,改
