1、腦發(fā)育性靜脈異常的CT、MRI診斷作者：馬永華，許守利,孫建剛，劉華，張榮坤單位：山東省泗水縣人民醫(yī)院影像科【摘要】目的探討腦發(fā)育性靜脈異常的CT、MR1表現，提高影像學診斷水平。方法搜集經病理及DSA證實的DVA38例，7例手術病理證實，31例DSA證實，全部病例均行MRI平掃及增強掃描，8例行CT檢查，冋顧性分析其CT、MRI表現。結果發(fā)生于幕下11例，幕上27例。8例行CT檢查中，4例平掃未見明顯異常密度灶，2例可見右側小腦半球出血灶，1例右側額葉見高低密度混雜病灶。1例增強掃描見右側額葉條紋狀異常增強血管影及粗大的引流血
2、管相連。MR掃描顯示淸晰，TlWkT2WI表現為條狀血管流空影32例，并發(fā)海綿狀血管瘤5例，表現為不均勻短T1長T2異?；祀s信號。增強掃描顯示明顯強化的髓靜脈及引流靜脈，呈典型“水母頭”狀。幕卜DVA引流靜脈匯入腦表而靜脈者4例，匯入第四腦室的室管膜下靜脈7例，幕上DVA引流靜脈經皮層靜脈匯入腦衣血靜脈竇者15例，匯入室管膜下靜脈者12例，即匯入腦表面靜脈乂匯入腦深靜脈者1例。結論CT診斷對該病特異性較小，MRI增強掃描多方位觀察，可清楚顯示DVA的典型表現，MR檢查可完全替代DSA成為DVA首選及確診檢
