1、私立中原大學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)系碩士學(xué)位論文進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商平衡計(jì)分卡之設(shè)計(jì)TheDesignofBalancedScorecardForImportedCarDistributors指導(dǎo)教授:戚務(wù)君博士研究生:殷于茹撰中華民國(guó)九十年七月論文摘要現(xiàn)今的社會(huì)環(huán)境改變,汽車(chē)成為人們?cè)谑聵I(yè)上及經(jīng)濟(jì)成功的表徵。由於需求量的增加,促使汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)展開(kāi)劇烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),形成了強(qiáng)者恒強(qiáng),汰弱換強(qiáng)的局面。基於進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商將面臨到更大的衝擊及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的影響下。該如何使管理者在此經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境中贏得成功,便需仰賴(lài)全方位的管理制度及績(jī)效評(píng)估衡量指標(biāo)─平衡計(jì)分卡。
2、根據(jù)KaplanandNorton(1996)所提出平衡計(jì)分卡可企業(yè)的使命與策略轉(zhuǎn)換成目標(biāo)與量度,使上下能夠同心協(xié)力實(shí)施公司的願(yuàn)景與策略。故本研究係以進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)由廣泛的資料收集與深入訪談後,希望達(dá)到下列目的:一、瞭解進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商之策略目標(biāo)與平衡計(jì)分卡各構(gòu)面之關(guān)連性。二、希冀藉由訪談尋求進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)為何?三、暸解進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商之各構(gòu)面其關(guān)係為何?而獎(jiǎng)酬制度之設(shè)計(jì)與平衡計(jì)分卡該如何連結(jié)?四、藉由本研究之研究結(jié)果,提供進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商適用之指標(biāo),並為進(jìn)口汽車(chē)代理商建構(gòu)策略利基,以
3、利企業(yè)願(yuàn)景達(dá)成。根據(jù)本研究之研究目的所得之研究結(jié)果,對(duì)於個(gè)案公司之建議如下:一、個(gè)案公司必須儘速實(shí)施平衡計(jì)分卡制度,以解決目前面臨的困難。二、透過(guò)獎(jiǎng)酬制度之設(shè)計(jì),將組織目標(biāo)與個(gè)人目標(biāo)連結(jié),使其有效實(shí)施平衡計(jì)分卡制度。三、個(gè)案公司實(shí)施平衡計(jì)分卡制度後,需透過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)與回饋的系統(tǒng),適時(shí)修正之。IAbstractNowadaysthesocietychangessorapidlyandautomobilesbecomethesimplesofsuccessinbothstatusandpersonalwealth.Due
