2、院資源與化工學(xué)院,福建三明365004)摘要:目的確定超聲波輔助方法提取虎杖中總黃酮的最佳工藝。方法采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)化影響虎杖中總黃酮類(lèi)成分提取的4種主要因素:提取劑(CH。CHOH)濃度、提取溫度、超聲時(shí)間以及料液比;并以蘆丁為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品,利用紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度法測(cè)定虎杖中總黃酮的吸光度值,為確定最佳提取條件提供參考。結(jié)果通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)得到從虎杖中提取總黃酮的最佳工藝為:乙醇濃度為75%,超聲溫度為5O℃,超聲時(shí)間為35min,料液比1:40,其提取率可以達(dá)到7.68。結(jié)論通過(guò)該實(shí)驗(yàn)確立了虎杖中總黃酮提取的最優(yōu)工藝,提取效果良好、操作簡(jiǎn)便易
