1、臭氧治療膝關(guān)節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性滑膜炎的臨床研究【摘要】目的觀察臭氧治療膝關(guān)節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性滑膜炎的臨床療效。方法308例患者隨機(jī)分成臭氧治療組（n=156）和玻璃酸鈉組（n二152）,分別觀察兩組臨床療效、癥狀改善情況。結(jié)果①臨床近期療效比較：臭氧治療組總有效率為91.67%,玻璃酸鈉組總有效率為85.52%,兩組總有效率比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（x2=9.984,P<0.01）；兩組臨床治愈率及顯效率比較，差異也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（X2值分別為12.496和42.122,P<0.01）o②兩組癥狀改善比較：治療2個(gè)療程后，臭氧治療組局部腫脹、局部疼痛及膝部活動(dòng)受限積分比較，差異有統(tǒng)
